A bit about Rockstart
Rockstart, one of Europe's first multi-vertical startup accelerators, was founded in Amsterdam in 2011 with a goal to provide startups with access to the market, capital, knowledge, and community. In 2017, Rockstart announced its first Web & Mobile startup accelerator in Bogotá, Colombia to further its mission of actively building up entrepreneurial infrastructures around the world with its acceleration verticals.
Rockstart Colombia is on a mission of establishing itself as Latin America’s #1 startup accelerator. With our accelerator programs we provide the most promising startups from around the world with access to capital, resources and networks.
To continue our rapid growth, we are looking for an energetic administrative jack of all trades, someone with a hands-on mentality who can bring the efficiency and administration of our strongly growing organization to a higher level. You will be working on the intersection of legal, finance and HR.

What makes you the perfect candidate?
To be a rockstar in this position, you need to be flexible, accurate, organized and stress resistant. You like to take initiative and dive into something and do not rest until you get to the bottom of something. You don’t mind doing repetitive tasks while you are always looking for ways of doing things smarter and you are comfortable in a digital environment where lots of different and new tools are being used.
We are looking for an energetic jack of all trades; a self-starter with the following qualities:
Duration: initial 6-month contract, with the possibility of a fixed position
Remuneration: Based on experience and knowledge.
