Corporate Program Associate LATAM

The Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized person who loves to form meaningful connections with different startups ecosystem players and who believes in the power of startup/corporate collaboration. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and running different corporate programs, maintaining communication with corporates and startups and preparing all the collaboration opportunities and innovation programs for them. Under this position you will be part of a global team in which we focus on creating innovation strategies for corporations and building relationships with them.

The role is based in Bogota and reports directly to the Programs Manager in LATAM and will work very closely with our Corporate Programs team based in Amsterdam.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and operate all corporate programs in LATAM based on the clients needs;

  • Analyze the results of each program and propose new improvements;

  • Send emails to startups and manage their calendars;

  • Prepare all materials for the program such as notion pages, presentations, Gantt charts, feedback forms, search for suppliers and mentors;

  • Support to the corporate team in scouting processes and selection of entrepreneurs who participate in these programs;

  • Manage databases of the stakeholders involved;

  • Keep track of check in meetings, and ensure that we are always on top of our to do list. Therefore updating the agenda and next actions; with follow up emails after the meeting to recap our meetings;

Requirements

A bit about you:

We are looking for a startup lover, who is an organized, entrepreneurial and proactive person and who enjoys keeping track of different projects at the same time, handles communications with different stakeholders involved and measures the progress and the success of each program.

Key requirements: 

  • At least Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, business design, industrial engineering or any related field.

  • Proven relevant multidisciplinary experience in innovation, project management, and new business development.

  • Excellent project management skills and working knowledge of Excel, Power point, Google drive. And Google Data studio is a plus.

  • Self-motivated and eager to learn inside a fast-paced environment.

  • Passionate about entrepreneurship and innovation.

  • Excellent communication and writing skills.

  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
