In this new role as Head of relations, you will support the team in LATAM with the construction and strengthening of all relationships and the management of the Rockstart community, which is made up of investors, allies and corporations. Your main role will be to ensure that Rockstart provides top-notch support to our portfolio companies, and delivers relevant opportunities to our investors. This role would be perfect for someone with great communication skills, who genuinely connects with people, who is extremely empathetic and enjoys meeting new people and managing these relationships professionally and strategically.
Prepare and send external communications (invitations, opportunity updates, etc.);
Identify and reach out to new investment funds and angel networks
Facilitate startup<>investor e-introductions;
Lead, improve and expand the company's strategic and commercial relationships with external clients, corporations, investors, allies and institutions.
Proactively seek business opportunities, especially with corporations and institutions involved in the startup ecosystem.
Establish efficient internal processes for managing these external relations.
Create, manage and execute events and activities that give Rockstart greater visibility in the entrepreneurial ecosystem in LATAM.
Manage and execute continuous improvement strategies for events that bring together all the stakeholders that make up the Rockstart community.
Creation, coordination and execution of initiatives related to investors such as School of Investors and the network of investors and VC Rockstart.
Measurement and analysis of the activities developed in the area.
Search for sponsors and allies to strengthen Rockstart events, programs and different initiatives.
Prospect and profile potential co-investors in Latam for our startups.

You’re thorough and methodical in your approach to work, and you’re comfortable taking on a variety of different tasks and projects at the same time. You’re a fast learner and can work autonomously, taking the initiative to ask questions and/or reach out proactively to other teams when needed. Most importantly, you are detail-oriented and take pride in delivering quality work.
Previous experience in management of allies.
An interest in the startup scene.
Availability: full time.
