As a Junior Legal Counsel, you are a driving force behind the success of your Legal Team and the Investment Management Team, ready to roll up your sleeves to create and improve processes, maintain records and coordinate communications across the teams. As you closely support your teams, you may find yourself working with multiple colleagues, clients and external parties.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Assist with ongoing legal work relating to the (structuring of the) investment activities and/or funds;
Prepare, draft and collect documents for the Legal Team and the Investment Management Team. Support in creating and improving legal and organisational processes;
Maintain and update (legal) records;
Safeguarding deadlines within the Legal Team and the Investment Management Team;
Assist with (customer) due diligence processes.

Must have requirements:
0-3 years relevant work experience in a secretarial/administrative supporting role, either at a Dutch law firm or in a Dutch legal department;
Dutch Law degree
Experience in Dutch corporate law / contract law / financial law and/or experience in other law areas or compliance (such as WWFT) is a plus;
Strong command of Dutch and English;
Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently, self-starter;
Not afraid to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously;
Proactive, results-oriented with an ability to work effectively in a dynamic, ever-changing environment, whilst maintaining an excellent eye for detail.
Availability: 32-40 hours per week.
Duration: We start with a temporary contract with the intention of extension.
Remuneration: Based on experience and knowledge.
